Lab: describe yourself, find a lost bag and guide a delivery
The brief
You describe yourself and your family with am, is and are, describe your home with a, an and the, describe a lost bag at a mall counter with have and has, and guide a delivery person to your door with in, on, at and near. You write each script, say it aloud and record it.
Why it matters
These small words hold every English sentence together. Shop staff, security guards, delivery partners and new colleagues understand you faster when you say "My bag is black. It has a red zip" or "My building is next to the post office". Food and parcel delivery calls in Indian cities happen in exactly this kind of English, many times a day.

You have recorded five sentences about yourself and your family, with am, is, are and one negative.
Fill in part 1. Use "I am", "he/she is" and "they/you are". For your age, English uses "be": "I am twenty-two years old". Do not say "I am having twenty-two years". Do not drop the verb: say "She is busy", not "She busy". Add one negative with "not": "I am not married." or "My brother isn't at home."
