Corrections to the requirements database
These are the most valuable messages we receive. If a requirement no longer matches the official guidance, please include:
- Which requirement page is wrong
- What the correct figure is
- A link to the official page stating it
Corrections with a source link are usually applied the same day.
Requesting a new requirement
If you needed a portal we do not cover, tell us which one and link to its official requirements page. Requests that come with a source are much quicker to act on.
A calculator result looks wrong
Tell us which calculator, the exact values you entered, the result shown, and what you expected, ideally with the source you are comparing against (your bank's figure, an official table or an Excel formula).
Reporting a bug
Please include:
- Which tool, and what you were trying to do
- Your browser and operating system
- What happened instead
Please do not attach the file. We have deliberately built this so that your files never reach us, and we would rather keep it that way. A description of the file, its format, dimensions and size, is more useful and safer for you.
What we cannot help with
We are not affiliated with any government, embassy, examination board or visa service. We cannot advise on your application, check its status, or tell you whether a particular submission will be accepted. For those questions you need the organisation itself, every requirement page links to the relevant official site.
