Frequently asked questions

Is my video uploaded?

No. The video is processed on your own device by FFmpeg running in this browser tab.

How is the area filled in?

"Fill from around it" paints the box with the colours at its edge, which hides logos, watermarks and date stamps on a background that does not change much. For faces or plates choose Blur or Pixelate; for something that must not be readable at all, Black box.

Can I hide something for only part of the video?

Yes. Turn on "Only part of the video" and set the times. The box stays in the same place, so it suits marks that do not move.

Can I remove any watermark?

Only remove marks you have the right to remove, such as your own old logo, a date stamp from your camera, or a watermark on a video you licensed.
