Excel to PDF Converter (XLSX and CSV)

Turn an Excel .xlsx or a CSV file into a tidy PDF table: formulas worked out, ₹ and Hindi shown, the header row on every page, portrait or landscape. Nothing is uploaded.

Private · on device. Runs in your browser: your file is not uploaded. No sign-up.

Excel .xlsx, CSV or tab-separated text
Your file is not uploaded. Formulas are worked out and numbers shown in their format (₹, %, decimals). Only the first sheet of a workbook is used; very wide sheets fit best in landscape with tiny text.

How to convert Excel to PDF

  1. Choose the .xlsx or CSV file. A preview of the table appears.
  2. Add a title if you want one, and say whether the first row is the header.
  3. Pick the page size, orientation and text size.
  4. Press Make the PDF and download it.

To change the numbers first, open the file in the online spreadsheet. To go the other way, use PDF table to Excel.

Frequently asked questions

Is my file uploaded?

No. The workbook is read and the PDF is made inside this browser tab.

Are formulas shown as numbers?

Yes. Formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE and IF are worked out, and numbers are shown in their format: ₹, percentages and decimals.

My sheet has many columns. How do I fit it?

Choose Landscape and Tiny text. The table always fits the width of the page, and the header row repeats at the top of each page.

Which sheet is converted?

The first sheet of the workbook. To convert another, move it to the front in Excel, or open the file in our online spreadsheet and save it.

Can I open an old .xls file?

Not yet. Save it as .xlsx (or CSV) from Excel or Google Sheets first.
