PowerPoint to PDF: Convert PPTX to PDF Free

Turn a PowerPoint .pptx into a PDF with its colours, pictures, fonts and layout: one slide a page, or 2, 4, 6 or 9 to an A4 or Letter page for handouts. Nothing is uploaded.

Private · on device. Runs in your browser: your file is not uploaded. No sign-up.

PowerPoint .pptx (also from Google Slides or Keynote: save as .pptx)
Your presentation is not uploaded. The slides are drawn in this browser tab with their own colours, pictures and text. Fonts that are not on this device are replaced with free look-alikes (Calibri by Carlito, Arial by Arimo…). Charts, SmartArt and video are not drawn yet; the count above says if your file has any.

Frequently asked questions

Is my presentation uploaded?

No. The slides are read and drawn in this browser tab; the file never leaves your device.

How do I print several slides on one page?

Choose a paper size such as A4, then 2, 4, 6 or 9 slides on each page. Each slide gets a thin border so it is easy to cut or read.

Will it look exactly like PowerPoint?

Backgrounds, shapes, pictures, tables and text with their colours, sizes and bullets are drawn as in the file. Office fonts this device does not have are replaced with free look-alikes of the same width (Calibri by Carlito, Arial by Arimo). Charts, SmartArt and videos are not drawn yet; the page tells you if your file has any.

I have an old .ppt file.

Open it in PowerPoint, Google Slides or LibreOffice and save it as .pptx, then convert that.

Can I copy text from the PDF?

Each slide is placed as a sharp picture, so the text in this PDF cannot be selected. Run it through OCR PDF if you need searchable text.
