Crop PDF Pages

Drag a box on the page to crop the margins of every page, some pages, or trim white margins automatically. Text stays real, selectable text. Nothing is uploaded.

Private · on device. Runs in your browser: your file is not uploaded. No sign-up.

One PDF file
Your PDF is not uploaded. It is cropped in this browser tab by changing each page's visible area, so nothing is turned into a picture. To remove hidden content for good (not just hide it), use redact instead.

How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF.
  2. Drag the box on the page, or its corners, to the part you want to keep. Or choose Trim white margins.
  3. Choose all pages, this page, or some pages.
  4. Press Crop the PDF and download it.

Good for

  • Scanned pages with wide dark or white borders.
  • Slides or e-books with big margins, to read them larger on a phone.
  • A receipt or ticket printed on a full A4 page.

To turn sideways pages, use rotate PDF. To take out or reorder pages, use organise PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The PDF is opened and cropped inside this browser tab.

Does the text stay as text?

Yes. The pages are not turned into pictures: only the visible area of each page changes, so text can still be selected, searched and copied.

Is the cut-off part deleted?

No, it is hidden. The page shows only the part you kept, but what was outside it is still inside the file. To remove something for good, use Mask Aadhaar and redact instead.

My pages are different sizes. What happens?

The box is kept as a share of each page: if you keep the middle 80% of one page, the middle 80% of every chosen page is kept. Trim white margins works out each page on its own.

Can I crop only one page?

Yes. Choose "Page N only", or "Some pages" and type the pages, such as 1-3, 5.
